Imvelo provides executive advisory, implementation support, evaluation, facilitation, and sustainability consulting for organizations working in complex public-purpose environments.
Our services are organized into seven integrated service lines. Each service can stand alone, but the greatest value emerges when they are connected through the Imvelo Implementation-to-Impact Framework.
Together, these services create a complete strategy-to-impact system.
This is how organizations move from intention to implementation — and from implementation to impact.

Imvelo supports organizations working in complex public-purpose environments, including:
Strategic Planning
We help organizations develop strategy that is clear, implementable, measurable, and connected to long-term sustainability.
Fractional Strategy and PMO Support
We provide executive-level strategy and project management capacity for organizations that need implementation discipline without adding full-time senior infrastructure.
Social Sustainability Consulting
We help organizations understand, measure, and strengthen the social dimensions of sustainability, including stakeholder trust, equity, legitimacy, workforce resilience, and community impact.
Governance and Board Development
We support boards and senior leaders in strengthening oversight, decision-making, strategy execution, risk governance, and impact accountability.
Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement
We design evaluation systems, logic models, indicators, dashboards, and learning processes that demonstrate credible progress and inform better decisions.
Facilitation and Leadership Retreats
We design and facilitate high-value executive, board, stakeholder, and partnership sessions that move groups from discussion to decision.
Sustainability Thought Leadership, Executive Education and Public Interest Strategy
Through Imvelo and Sustainably SAJe, we translate complex sustainability, governance, strategy, and impact issues into executive learning, public-interest analysis, and scalable knowledge products.

Strategy that can be implemented, measured, and sustained.
Imvelo helps organizations design strategic plans that are clear, credible, actionable, and connected to impact.
We do not treat strategic planning as a document-production exercise. We treat it as a leadership, governance, stakeholder, and implementation process.
Our strategic planning work helps organizations clarify where they are going, why it matters, what must change, who must be involved, and how progress will be measured.
We support:
Ideal for:
Boards, executive teams, nonprofits, charities, foundations, public-sector bodies, health and social service organizations, and mission-driven enterprises that need more than a plan — they need a strategy capable of execution.
Imvelo's Implementation-to-Impact Framework is a disciplined methodology for helping mission-driven organizations move from strategy, funding, and ambition to operational execution, measurable outcomes, and durable social value. One backbone. Two operating modes: Canada-localized; and global, specific to conflict/LMIC/in-theatre. The framework's central strength is that it does not treat impact as a claim. It treats impact as something that must be designed, implemented, measured, learned from, and sustained.
Our signature framework helps organizations move through seven stages of disciplined transformation:
We clarify the real problem, operating environment, authority, constraints, and strategic fit.
We identify whose trust, participation, permission, or influence is required for success.--whose trust is required for implementation to succeed.
We assess whether the organization has the governance, resources, systems, people, partnerships, and evidence capacity to implement. (using Imvelo's diagnostic tools and scorecard)
We design the operating model, decision rhythm, workplan, PMO structure, accountability tools, and risk controls. (converts strategy into an actual operating system)--implementation dashboard, milestone tracker, staff accountability, stakeholder engagement plan
We translate activities into outputs, outcomes, and long-term impact.(prevents confusion of activity with impact)--guided by the logic model, we translate a plan into results and a measurable impact pathway.
We translate activities into outputs, outcomes, long-term impact and how to use data to make better decisions, not just for reporting.
We plan for continuity, growth, handover, funding resilience, and responsible exit. What remains when Imvelo or the pilot phase exits
Senior implementation capacity without full-time executive infrastructure.
Many organizations know what needs to be done but lack the internal strategy, project management, or implementation capacity to move the work forward.
Imvelo provides fractional strategy and PMO support for organizations that need executive-level structure, disciplined follow-through, and implementation leadership.
We help turn approved plans into workplans, dashboards, decision calendars, accountability structures, and measurable progress.
We support:
Ideal for:
Organizations with strategic plans, grants, partnerships, or transformation initiatives that are important but under-resourced.
The human, institutional, and community dimensions of sustainability.
Sustainability is not only environmental. It is also social.
Imvelo helps organizations understand and strengthen the social conditions that make impact possible: trust, equity, legitimacy, workforce resilience, stakeholder relationships, community benefit, governance, accountability, and long-term institutional value.
Our work helps organizations move beyond performative sustainability language toward credible, evidence-informed social sustainability.
We support:
Ideal for:
Organizations seeking to understand, measure, communicate, and improve their social impact, stakeholder relationships, and sustainability performance.
Better governance for better implementation.
Boards and executives play a critical role in ensuring that strategy becomes impact.
Imvelo supports governance bodies and senior leaders in strengthening decision-making, oversight, strategic alignment, risk governance, implementation accountability, and impact measurement.
We help boards move from passive approval to active stewardship.

Our approach connects evaluation to learning, adaptation, funding, governance, and long-term sustainability.

Organizations that need to prove, improve, or explain the value of their work.
Structured conversations that move leaders from discussion to decision.

Featured Innovation
SOLARES: Integrated Systems is an 18-month proof of concept project that seeks to adapt and test the effectiveness of, an evidence-based solar-powered electromobility transportation refrigeration unit thereby maintaining the cold chain requirements of medicines and supplies. We combine this technology with our unique platform that enables resource sharing and optimization through a collaboration transportation network (CTN). The goal of the innovation is to reduce transportation-related GHG emissions such as CO2 by transforming the reliance on power from diesel fuel to solar and battery, while positively impacting both the quality of and saving of lives in conflict-affected communities.
This Project, SOLARES: Integrated Systems, is supported by Creating Hope in Conflict: a Humanitarian Grand Challenge with funding from the Government of Canada by the Minister for International Development of Global Affairs Canada acting through The Department of Foreign Affairs,Trade and Development of Global Affairs Canada (“DFATD”) with support from Grand Challenges Canada”.
