Dr. John founded Imvelo Inc. and is the CEO and Director of Projects. Shelley-Ann’s diverse business experience stretches across many industries—from humanitarian and development, healthcare, education, rehabilitation, social services, and mental health to transportation. Although starting her career in the behavioural sciences, she developed a passion for business and helping people to find alternative ways of developing their agency and expressions of self-responsibility.

Dr. John is a sessional professor of Business Strategy, Strategic Management and Business Communication at the University of Windsor. As both a researcher and project management professional, she is known to be a stickler for planning as well as implementing efficient and effective processes related to projects and change management. Shelley-Ann is passionate about helping organizations orient their vision to sustainability and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals 2030 and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration, Athabasca University; MSc. in Behavioural Medicine; and BSc. Psychology from McGill University.

Dr. Hannah Ajoge is a viral epidemiologist, with interdisciplinary expertise and career that spans two continents (Africa and North America) within two decades. She received her BSc, MSc and PhD in Microbiology from the Ahmadu Bello University and her Master of Computer Science from Arizona State University. Dr. Ajoge trained in bioinformatics at South African National Bioinformatics Institute and worked as a postdoctoral associate in bioinformatics at University of Western Ontario. She has teaching experience from Ahmadu Bello University and Redeemer University, as a full-time lecturer and an associate professor, respectively. Though most of her career has been in academia, she has also worked as a Senior IT professional (computational biology) at Roche (2019-2020). She considers herself a lifelong learner, and has accumulated several certifications in data science, cybersecurity, management, business, and computing. 

Dr. Bell was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area. She attended Western University where she completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Kinesiology and Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (Physical Therapy), respectively. Dr. Bell completed her medical degree at Medical University of Americas which included two years studying medicine on the beautiful island of Nevis, and two years of clinical rotations throughout North America, including Louisiana, Michigan, Maryland, New York, and Ontario (North Bay and London). After graduating from medical school, Dr. Bell completed a three-year Family Medicine residency training at WellSpan York Hospital, a 596-bed community teaching hospital in Pennsylvania and the region's leader in advanced specialty care. This training encompassed all areas of family medicine including outpatient and inpatient medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and women's care. The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine awarded Dr. Bell the 2021 resident teacher award in recognition of her proficiency and passion for teaching medical students.

Dr. Bell practices medicine in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. She has a passion for preventative care, in-office procedures, and serving the underserved, marginalized and elderly. 

Dr. Decoito is a formally trained sociologist with over 30 years of experience in the Canadian non-profit sector. Within that sector, she has worked at the CEO level and at the governance level as President, Vice-President, and Secretary of different Boards of Directors.

In addition to her executive management and leadership abilities, Paula has well-developed knowledge and skills in the fields of research, policy analysis, strategic planning for non-profit organizations, grant-writing, and facilitation.  With respect to subject expertise, Paula has many years of experience working on projects and initiatives  related to settlement and immigration; diversity, equity, and inclusion;  gender-based analysis;  poverty reduction; and community development.

Dr. DeCoito received her Ph.D. in Sociology of Education from the University of Toronto;  Master of Arts in Social Welfare Policy from McMaster University; and her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Toronto.

As a part-time professor at Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada, within the Faculty of Applied Health and Community Studies, Dr. DeCoito teaches Community Development and Fundraising; Non-Profit Management and Grant-writing; Social Justice, Social Policy, and Social Change; Police Foundations: Community Issues and Services; Introduction to Sociology; Introduction to Psychology.

  Trevor has spent a career maximizing productivity with clearly defined and measurable outcomes. Graduating from Western University, Ontario, with a Bachelor's degree in Feminist Theory and Linguistics, Trevor spent 15 years working in the not-for-profit sector before returning to school for his Master’s in Business Administration. 

As a visionary who understands the importance of robust systems in supporting that vision, Trevor has helped organizations to align their  reality with their vision. While financial responsibility is essential to the success of any organization, much of the contributions of his work are realized through engagement with the team and broader community collaboration. His years of consulting have afforded him the opportunity to work with organizations at a variety of stages, including companies in their infancy, firmly established, and those in need of radical restructuring.  

Joshuelle currently serves as the Secretary for Imvelo Inc. Her responsibilities are administration, research, and project facilitation. 

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Western University, Ontario, where she studied Clinical Biochemistry, Genetics, Health Promotion and Health Policy. Her interests include social justice, reproductive rights, and matters concerning mothers and children.

Joshuelle has over 10 years experience in client relations and brings strong competencies in communication and relationship building to the team. Currently, she also owns and manages Babylove Doula Services which provides birth and postpartum care for families in the Middlesex-London region.
